Holiday 2018 Shipping Notice

We wanted to start by saying thank you for the tremendous support everyone has given us during the 2018 holiday season. We are experiencing a massive increase in overall orders, and are working overtime to process them as soon as possible.

Waiting for your stuff is never fun, and so we want to let people know of any possible shipping delays for orders.

Order Processing Notification

Due to the larger volume of orders received in the past few weeks, our order processing times are slightly longer than normal. We appreciate your patience as we work to process all orders as soon as possible.

Order Tracking Notification

If your order has been shipped, but you are still not receiving tracking information, please note that this information is generally available between 24 and 48 hours after your order leaves our manufacturing facility, as couriers are also backed up during the holidays.
