We have received several messages from customers wondering why their tracking numbers are not updating, sometimes several days after ordering. Because of this, we wanted to communicate with everyone to help assuage concerns regarding the status of their orders.
The good news is that our production lead times have indeed returned to normal as we have returned to full capacity. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of flights available to couriers has been greatly reduced. This means that some orders, which are already produced, are waiting for a flight to their final destinations.
As a result, your order tracking may look something like this, and not update for several days:
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this, as the packages have already left our facility, and are being processed by the various courier companies.
We understand how frustrating this can be for our customers, and hope that they can hang in there while their order shipping is worked out. We suggest checking your tracking number a few days after ordering to see the current status. If you’ve received a tracking number from us, rest assured that your order is indeed on the way.
