Before ordering, please be aware of the following store policies.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer three different shipping tiers:
Express – Our rush processing option, CableMod Express puts your order at the front of the production queue. Your tracking number will be given to you within 4 days of placing the order. There is a $30 surcharge for this option, and limited slots per day. Click here for more on CableMod Express.
Standard – Our expedited shipping uses couriers such as DHL, FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DPD. This shipping option takes roughly 3-7 days, depending on location. Remote area surcharges may apply.
Economy – For certain areas, our economy shipping is a cheaper shipping solution. Shipping times are longer, but there are no remote area surcharges. Tracking numbers will update once the package has arrived in the country, cleared customs and arrived at the local courier. Please see the applicable locations and approximate shipping times below:
- US: shipping via USPS/DHL-eCommerce (12-21 days), Tracking will update after 10-12 days
- CA: shipping via Canada Post (15-30 days), Tracking will update after 15-25 days
- AU: shipping via Australia Post (15-30 days), Tracking will update after 15-25 days
Please note that you are responsible for any taxes or duties that your particular country charges for imports. The shipping charges listed on our site do not include these charges. As these import taxes and charges are levied by your country and not by us, please do not contact us about these charges as we will be unable to assist.
Packages may require your signature in order to be delivered. If this is the case, it is the customer’s responsibility to either be present to receive and sign for the shipment, or make alternate arrangements with the shipping company.
Remote Area Shipping
Orders shipping to remote areas may add an additional $5 surcharge to your order during checkout. Please click here to check if your region is affected.
Our Global Store ships internationally! You may also choose to buy locally from our international retail partners. If you cannot find a retailer that ships to your location, please contact us and we will try to help!
PO Boxes, FPOs, and APOs
Due to restrictions from the courier companies, we are unable to ship to PO box, FPO, and APO addresses – sorry about that!
The CableMod Global Store uses PayPal as our payment processor, and you can easily pay using your PayPal account.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay using a number of major credit cards, including:
- Diner’s Club
Credit cards are processed via PayPal, but you won’t need a PayPal account.
We also accept Bitcoin and Ethereum!
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your CableMod purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, please get in touch with our support team and we will make it right.
Please note that orders of customized products — such as those via the Configurator — are final, and cannot be refunded as they cannot be resold. Returns of normal product catalog items will carry a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for shipping expenses incurred sending these items back. Products that are opened cannot be returned.
Orders placed on the CableMod Global Store can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing. If you’ve changed your mind about your CableMod order, and your are still within 24 hours of placing it, you can:
- Click the cancellation link in your order confirmation email, or
- If you have a CableMod account, you can log in to cancel your order from there
If this 24 hour window has passed, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as it could already be in production. You can still check with our Support Team and they will inquire about the status of your order. However, if your order is already being produced, we regret that we will be unable to fulfill the cancellation request.
Please note that CableMod Express orders cannot be cancelled for any reason, so please be sure of your order before choosing this option.
Once an order has been cancelled, it cannot be reinstated for any reason. You will need to place a new order if you would still like to order from us.
