Important Shipping Update

To our valued customers,

We want to thank everyone for their patience during our annual round of manufacturing facility upgrades.

Some customers have been writing in to our support team asking us when their orders will be completed. As you may have heard in the news, there is currently an outbreak of coronavirus in Asia, which is wreaking havoc to the supply chains of many companies. Unfortunately, we are not immune to its effects, as many of our factory staff are currently stranded in their home towns, and unable to return to work.

What this means is that we are now experiencing further delays due to the current health scare, which is seriously affecting travel throughout the area. As such, our current start date has now changed to February 17th. Upon return, our top priority will be to clear our the back log of orders we have received during the shutdown and get these orders out as soon as possible.

With the extended delay in effect, please note that orders placed from today onwards could take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to ship. This is assuming that no further travel restrictions are forced onto the region. If there are further delays, we will update this page immediately.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope that the situation improves sooner rather than later. Thank you for your continued patience.
